Intake Call
An hour-long call to discuss in detail areas of concern and get to the root of the issues.

Assessment & Planning
An in-depth observation and in-person assessment where the BCBA will gather information and put together a roadmap to tackle the areas of concern.

We will meet within two weeks of the assessment to discuss the roadmap.

Think of this step as confidence training.
Follow Up Support
Depending on the plan selected, ongoing questions, concerns and clarification is provided via email and text for 2 days up to 3 months.

This is where the follow-through, accountability & changes happen.
